Make a transportation

To book your transportation online, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Please visit the website https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/

STEP 2: Enter the hotel, your last name and your booking number

STEP 3: Choose your departure date and arrival airport

STEP 4: Go to “My Bookings”

STEP 5: Click the “Edit” button and enter your flight information; for this step you will need the following:

1. Date of Arrival and Departure

2. Arrival/Departure Airline and Flight numbers

For Arrivals, if you have connecting flights, please enter the flight arriving in Cancun.

STEP 6: Receive your confirmation by e-mail by clicking on the “Email” button.

If, for some reason, you are not able to complete this process, please send an email to transfercancun@palaceresorts.com with the information on STEP 5, and we will send you your confirmation letter 3 days before arrival.
